Dave:
First off, thanks so much for luring Travis out of hiding. I can't wait to hear new music from him.
Does the first CD being named Artichoke have to do with the band Artichoke that Travis was playing with for a bit around the Rubberband era?
Can you describe the tunes? Are they just Travis with an acoustic? Back up musicians (i.e. a full band)? Is the sound more reflective of For Squirrels or Subrosa?
Thanks, Rory

Chris - no initial plans for vinyl, though I like the thought.
Rory - Travis will have a My Space page and website soon so that he can communicate directly with everyone, so I'll defer the "Artichoke" question... :)
The music... we'll be releasing at least a snippet soon. The songs range from ballad to rock. Travis plays all instruments, and does all vocals. And of course he wrote them all as well. The first time I listened to the demo's, I jotted down about 30 different artists that I thought might have influenced him and these songs (among them Beatles, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, She Wants Revenge) and after discussing with Travis, I found out I was wrong!
